I was told directly on their forums (along with other members) that sending a simple request to admin@allclicks.com could have this all changed.
I must have sent over 30+ emails in total but the only acknowledgement I got was a message from Ron two 1/2 weeks ago. He confirmed a new address of mine, but then simply said that they were unable to change my payout level. No further details were provided. As you can probably imagine, it is frustrating to be told that after a year's effort of trying to get ahold of someone, especially when the message is so brief and provides absolutely no explanation. I replied to the message and received no response either; it's as if they don't mind upsetting their members and having them go elsewhere. Actually, maybe that's why they don't want to have my payout limit decreased, because then they'd have to send me my money.
I am not in such a tight situation with money where I need to have this relatively low amount, but at the same time I don't feel like ignoring their misleading business practices and being treated as if I don't exist.
Your comments would be helpful, especially if you had a problem with this company that ended up getting resolved. However I am also feeling that a lot of people may just tell me drop the issue and forget about it all.
