I have an affiliate link to a website's homepage (www.TheSiteName.com). But my favorite destination page is www.TheSiteName.com/myfavorite.htm. How can I transfer my visitors to that specific URL instead of the homepage by still using the affiliate link?
Should I use frame?

you can use this meta tag: <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="0; URL=http://yoursitename.com/yourpage.htm"> <head> ...

Check with the affiliate manager. "Deep linking" methods varies depending on the network and merchant. Not all support it, but most do.

Does the HTTP refresh properly honor every commission? How can? (without using affiliate link)

No, it doesn't. I think Saeed misunderstood your question.

The mechant (in CJ's network) does not provide Advanced Link feature, which may set individual links to specific URL. Can I use frame? One frame opens the destination URL and the other open the affiliate link provided by CJ (set frame's width and heigh to zero). Will try right now

A frame can cause cookies not to be set, depending on a variety of other things. It's best to avoid frames with affiliate links.
The best solution would be to contact the merchant's affiliate manager. Sometimes they only have link redirection available on just one link. Also, you may want to look at their product links.
