So my question is, Does this kind of “Pay-Per-Search” exist where I place a particular company’s sites “search engine” on my site, so when my visitors uses that search engine to find a product they will be directed to the company’s website with the product they searched for, and in return I get a “pay-per-search” kind of revenue, since the user searched from my site to link to them?
please explain to me.
Searchfeed has a partner program as do many others. That might be a good place to start.
Adsense has a program like this as well but you need a certain (large) number of searches every month to qualify, I think.

As far as I know there isn't a bottom limit to the number of searches you can have if you want to use the AdSense search box. Less than one search a month would probably still be allowed.
The AdSense for Search model is PPC rather than pay-per-search though... once a visitor searches your site (or the web) they will be presented with a mix of sponsored results (ie. Adwords) and natural serps. If they click on a sponsored result, you receive a percentage of the revenue.
