CJ Batch Processing Reporting

How often does it update?

I've seem to have been getting ok reporting on transactions posting on CJ the past week, except for a merchant who uses batch processing. Is this an issue that CJ is having? Or is that how the batch processing works? Do they only update their reporting of their transactions once a month or something? Nothing is showing up for them. However last month with the same merchant, the transactions were being posted within a couple hours of the transaction event. Not this month. I'm not sure if the transactions are going through and will show up later, or if they are not being tracked or credited by the merchant. The clicks are being reported, just not the transactions. I know some went through, but those weren't reported. If it was a problem with CJ I would think the same thing would happen with the other merchants but it's not.

I am having the same exact problem AFFGIRL.

On the main page CJ recognizes all of my clicks on the right panel, but no commissions and no updates on any sales/leads.

Most of my merchants use Batch processing and I have been experiencing problems all week. Even the merchants say they have updated every day but there is no sales even though I know I have some (through friends etc).

CJ needs to step up and fix this. ANy other ideas?

Now CJ says that the batch processing is updated and sales should be into account on the accounts page but all of us still have no sales!

ANOTHER IDEA!

Log into CJ and go to where you get links for all of your merchants who use BATCH.

Notice that the 3 month EPC is hundreds and the 7day EPC is only a few dollars! This proves that they are not submitting all of the sales or recording them.

For example, the Discover program's 3 month EPC is like 289, and the 7 day is around 7 dollars.
I think that is a little too much to be a fluke with peoples choice to open charges?

This def shows an either lack of reporting/recording our efforts on sales, or that they still need to update our sales.

Any thoughts?
