Burst! refuses to honor contracts

Is Burst! the next eFront?

Burst! sent out an email announcing changes to their contracts, apparently in a desparate gamble to improve cash-flow and remain in business. Further discussion with Burst! support indicates they won't be honoring existing exclusive contracts.

It's not clear yet whether they'll be withholding payment from webmasters who refusing to accept the alterations to their current contracts.

I don't think the new terms of service are all that unreasonable. I don't see how Burst is improving their cash flow that much by the new terms. 15days is a little, but not critical.

With Engage dying, Burst is in the drivers seat and can do pretty much what they want.

They will probably just terminate your membership. I imagine it will be like last time and you will be blocked from logging in.
