Clixgalore and/or other networks for affiliate promotion

Does anyone use clixgalore.com or anything similar to either A) promote their program or B) look for new programs to promote?

Aside from places like CJ, which are the best sites to use to promote your program cost effectively?

I came across that one and decided to give it a try since they claim to have many thousands of affiliates promoting their network of sites.

We actually have a fairly large industry affiliate program already in place, we're just looking to create more awareness and expand it particularly to more maintstream sites. I'll check out that link as well, thanks.
