How can I join affiliate programs, with foreign address?

My site is for USA visitors only.b ut because my physical address is foreign(in china), I got rejected when I apply for many merchants affiliates.

I even cannot join some of the affiliate networks for example: CJ

Because my site is for USA visitors, I think it's reasonable for me join the USA affiliate programs.
Actually, I have joined amazon and buy.com affiliate and generates reasonable amount sells for them too.

are there any way to around this? Please advise. Thanks

There is no other way. Only solution is to get a friend / relative to sign up for you and get checks in your name.
