OK, I am looking to set up an affiliate program as a merchant. All things being equal, would LinkShare or BeFree be a better one to join? Or, if the money is there, would you recommend joining both? Thanks.

You can't join both LS and BF due to a clause in the LS agreement. BF merchants are slowing migrating over to CJ. I would open up at cj.com

CJ for sure! LS has integrity issues, and BeFree is a Dinosaur.

From my point of view as a publisher, Linkshare and Befree are terrible.

CJ is far better than the those two - look forward to all Befree programs being available on CJ.

As a LS merchant you are not able to join other affiliate networks. If you want to be part of both networks, join CJ first then join LS.

ok...I have another question. Does it typically take a long time to be able to actually speak with someone at LS? Can anyone that is a current merchant with LS provide some details about costs (setup and monthly) via stick mail? I have searched their site while I wait, and I can't find actual details anywhere. Thanks.
