How to monetize student traffic

I have couple of sites for both college and HS students. Getting them come to the sites seem to be an easier task, since students are very web savvy. The possibility of making them purchase is a challenge to say the least. I have done some visitor profiling on their online purchase options, many of them do not have credit cards or PayPal.

What other payment options I can offer? How do HS students make any purchase online (other than via parents)? How common college freshmen own a credit card of some sort? I am scratching my head here folks. Any insight as to how to monetize the student traffic? Many of you might not have student sites, but at least have been a HS and/or college student. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd suggest advertising student credit cards and possibly adding AdSense to your site if you haven't already. If most college students on your site don't have a credit card, you can certainly get them one (and get about $20 for each referral).
