Is this every time the page,like, refreshes? and you get paid a certain amount?
so if you place that banner TWICE on your page, top and bottom, do you get paid twice when it refreshes?

Yes, and yes -- but on the second question: only if the two banners you placed on the same page are different ad codes -- most advertisers don't allow you to post the same ad code (re: the same banner) on the same page twice.

What stops auto-refreshers, then? Or even just demented monkeys who go to the page with a banner rotation and hit F5 repeatedly? I was thinking they'd count how many times a certain IP viewed pages, but on WebmasterWorld alone I'll usually hit 200-ish threads per day. How do they account for this?
