when applying for amazon (which has many extentions, .com, .uk .de, etc).

If you affiliate, with say, amazon.CO.UK and my visiters click on the link of interest from my site, but then decide to purchase from amazon.COM rather then the .co.uk that i have affiliation with, does this matter? Does amazon still sees it as YOUR referal? (from the 30 day cooki)

Also, i'm in uk, but i feel that Amazon.com is what people sees as Amazon rather than Amazon.co.uk, should i have an affilation with amazon.co.uk or amazon.com?

Im confused, don't know which, what do you people do?

Do you choose your own countries?

Doesnt really matter, I would suggest you use co.uk if you're already from UK. No need to be ashamed of your country extension!
