Recommendations for writers?

I'm looking for a quick one article writer to help me come up with content for my site. Can someone point me to good resources and/or recommend someone you've worked with? if it's inapropriate to post here (which im almost sure it is, just pm me instead).

Your best bet for a freelancer might be the elance/rentacoder/freelancers.net kind of sites?

I just had a brainstorm for articles for a site I am doing so can give you a few ideas if you want to get on sticky/IM
