How does Google rank websites with affiliate links?

I use a lot of images, links and search boxes on my website that link to one of LinkShare merchants.

Does Google reduce rankings of websites when it sees that they have links to Commission Junction and LinkShare merchants?

I think they are beginning to do that. I've started putting all my links in a disallow folder.
