Phase2Media Sees Sizable Restructuring [internetnews.com]. "A source at the company, speaking on condition of anonymity, confirmed a 'major restructuring.' The source did not rule out a complete shutting down of the business."

Phase2 is an extremely well-respected player in the online ad business. Wow!

Bummer.

Lots of banner brokers slipping and sliding still. It doens't seem very promising for these networks right now. There seems to be some current (rock bottom) stabilization, but I wonder how many can hang in there awaiting the upturn.
