I feel something it s not quite right with Ebay

I have sites which get 1000s + daily uniques ,CJ reported .010 revenue over 2 weeks and a tiny percentage of impressions.
I display the full 200 lines ebay listing, the code is built with their toolbox using the unique PID for each site assigned by CJ.

Either Ebay it's 'faulty' in reporting the correct number or I messed up somewhere ( which I doubt very much to be the case) ,
For the past fortnight one site displays zero impressions - 190 clicks - no revenue,
another 22650 impressions - 674 clicks - 0.05 revenue.
The ads are targeted correctly, surely it should produce better results.
Anyone else has had a similar experience?
I am about to ditch Ebay
