i found a very strange thing in my logs today.

Refferer:
[apps.webservicehost.com...]

did a search on whois: webservicehost registered to Google Inc.

the actual contents of the webpage contain links that pretty much has Googles to "link:www."mydomain".com

[www11.overture.com...]

Can some one explain me this?

I find it very interesting that 2 largest companies cross link?

The whois info is probably fake.

Just for the sport i will contact Overture in the a few days and see what thet got to say about this.

The reason i was concerned is that we places a safe bid on all the keywords to match 1:150% higher than compet...s and went thrue 140 buks at once in 1 day on overture. This was 1 week prior X-Mass.
