Banned keywords and broad match

I've had an email requesting that I stop bidding on a keyword that the merchant has on his "Banned Keywords" list. Problem is that I'm not bidding on the keyword but the ad is getting triggered by broad match.

I've asked if this means that I need to list ALL of the merchants Banned Keywords in all of my campaigns to prevent this from happening in the future.

Alternatively, do I need to change to exact instead of broad match?

Click on "Tools" in the top menu, then "Edit Campaign Negative Keywords"

You can select a campaign and enter the negative keywords there. You need to do this for each campaign that you want it to apply to.
