Is there a good place to go to to offer affiliate programs that don't fit in the CJ, etc. programs?

Thanks

Webmaster related bulletin boards that allow such postingss are a great place to get the word out about your affiliate program.

WebmasterWorld is not an appropriate place however.

Hi michaelca adn welcome to WebmasterWorld

Perhaps a search at your favorite SE's for "affiliate program forums" "affiliate program announcements" etc. would turn up some useful sites. There are also a few sites where you can pay $$ and have them submit to different affiliate directories. Whether this is worth the $$ is up to you.

Doesn't the commercial exchange forum here allow such postings?

No. The Commerical Exchange is for "I need a person to do this" type thing. Take a look at the posts and you'll see what I mean.

As for places to promote your affiliate program, ABW would probably be a good bet. Other forums exist just by going to google and typing in "affiliate marketing forums" or something along that line.

Hi michaelca,

There are many affiliate forums and webmaster forums with affiliate sections that allow a free new program announcement. Once you find them with Google be sure to read the rules for each forum. Some are not restrictive but others have various rules you need to follow. Each one is slightly different.

Most of the affiliate directories are free to submit to.

Hope this helps and best of luck!
Linda
