Getting local deals from European countries

I have a website that has over 40.000 unique visitors a day. I'm already selling advertising space through Burst. I have about 600.000 default views a day left over and I need something to fill those.

As my visitors come from all over the world, I'm wondering how I could sell for example swedish companies' advertisement for swedish visitors and portuguese advertisement for portuguese visitors? I already know how that would be technically possible, but getting in touch with those local online advertisemnet agencies is really hard.

The question is: how do I know where to find those local agencies and their contact information?

PS. Nielsen Netratings would probably be the right company to give the agencies accurate and reliable visitor stats country to country, right?

You could approach an ad house like advertising.com.

They provide CPC/CPM ad inventory (banners, skyscrapers and pop-ups) for US and many different European countries.

I think you need to deliver a minimum of 10,000 pages per country per day, but you'll need to verify that.

Hope that helps

advertising.com is by far the worst advertising system I have ever been dealing with. I created an account, started showing ads. CPM was a lot smaller than my contact person promised. When I asked why that was, I never got an answer, never. The person wouldn't answer to any of my emails.
