How to transfer my website users to leads

Conversition from my website insurance seekers to CJ companies

Hello All,
I am building insurance search website, people come to my website to search for insurance quotes, (auto, life..).
I have all that data in my database.
How do I transfer this data to companies in CJ , so that the insurance companies can send quotes to my clients. and in the process pay me lead comission or may be sale comission when my website clients buy insurance from them?
ALl ideas welcome, and will be appreciated.

I have an insurance site that does a similar thing. I just signed up to all of the insurance company aff programs at CJ and put the links and banners and forms on my pages. Normal aff stuff really. CJ and the insurance companies sort the rest out. I got some good forms from cj for quotes. This is a very competetive market so good luck.
