CJ Green Box Network Earnings

What are the real $$$ values of these?

I’m looking to put some real values to these little green boxes. (I already know the percentile inofrmation)
From what I can tell you get one green box for registering any commissions.

e.g. I put USD$2000 through my affiliates account in one week and hit 4 green boxes.

Does anyone else have any values to fill in?
How about different values?
What about Advertiser Values?

Here is what I know (not much) each value should represent the minimum level required (per month) to enter the new level.

Affiliate Network Earnings:
0 green boxes: $0
1 green boxes: >$0
2 green boxes: $50
3 green boxes: $100
4 green boxes: $350
5 green boxes: $1000

Advertiser Network Earnings:
0 green boxes:$0
1 green boxes:>$0
2 green boxes:?
3 green boxes:?
4 green boxes:$100,000
5 green boxes:?

The numbers are not constant and are in continual flux with network figures. One of our clients may be doing 100K a month in December and be at 4 bars because EVERYONES sales are up. But if they are doing 100K in August they could be at 5 bars due to other merchant's sales being down. Same with affiliates. Since it's a percile based on the network it changes and does not stay constant.

Mine changes also. My first month I hit $1K in earnings and was 5 green boxes. Now I earn alot more and some months I have 4, sometimes 5 green boxes. I do use the boxes when choosing my merchants. I figure merchants with higher network earning must be doing a better job converting. I could be way off, but that's the way I do it.

5 Affiliate Green bars seems to be somewhere around $2500.00/month in payouts now but earlier in the year it was less.

It just fluctuates with the time of year.

Any idea about 'ball park' advertiser numbers guys?

I'm particularly interested in what it takes to get one green box.
