Does eBay Allow Affiliates Use Own Links to Bid?

Found this interesting question. Can anyone here answer it? People working in ebay are "DEAD". They only reply one message every 2 weeks.

As I understand, I can not use my own CJ link to promote anything I sell or anything my friends or partners sell.

But can I use my own CJ link to bid items? Let's say I am interested in 10 items, and I click my CJ link each time before I bid them and I got $1 back.

Do any of you do well affiliating with ebay. What are some of your strategies.. Can you link the customer to any product you would like?

I do know you aren't allowed to use your own affiliate code to promote your own auctions. But I couldn't see anything about not using your own aff code to bid on auctions.
