Advice on serving advertisment on my site

Hello all,
I am running a small site and recently I got a request from a potential media buyer to put together a media kit.
But currently, I am only using ad sense to server ads. So, what are my options?
Use an in-house ad banner software or try to find 3-rd party banner system/network to serve my banners?

Please feel free to recommend a product/service and advantages/disadvantages. Thank you.

What kind of features do you need on the rotator (like stats), and what is your budget?

I guess all I need for now is to be accurate/reliable.
But my budget is very low.

For now, I was thinking maybe to setup a simple server side script that server their ads via a third party system and generate some basic stats for myself (impressions/clicks).
That way they can rely on a more trusted source for stats. How about that?

If your serving banner type ad's then you may want to experiment with "phpadsnew". (google for it).
