Hi,

AFAIK or remember, ther was word that you could not use Vibrantmedia and adsense on the same pages. i got approved for vibrant media today so if any one has official word from the adsense help folks about being allowed / not allowed then let me know.

on another note users of both these services, does it make economic sense to try out intelitxt on a few sections at the cost of removing adsense?

The issue was around IntelliTxt because of its similar concept of text based ads. However, the other solution they offer, SmartAds might be possible since it is images. Try asking G.

One question, how did you get accepted? Did you just go and applied? If so, what kind of traffic did you put in the application? I am thinking about going with them too.

I would also read your vibrant media's TOS. It isn't just adsense who don't like competing ads you know!

Personally I am 100% convinced that you CAN'T place them both on the same page.

Can anyone share some comments on the earning potential of Vibrant Media? If you can compare it to AdSense, that would be great.

Please note, I am not asking for specifics. Just some general comments on whether you thought Vibrant Media is a good program and if you think it's potential is less than AdSense, same as AdSense or more than AdSense.

Thanks.

well cyberair, you can apply directly or through burstmedia or tribal fusion since both take a cut and allow you to use this technology. think the ratio in the latter case is 70/30 .

Need Scripts, Google told you ALL of Vibrant Media's ad formats are allowed?

I asked adsense support about serving Intellitxt and Adsense together. They said No, as both use similar technology.

Anyone got an answer for this?

I am starting to see many sites with both Adsense and IntelliTXT running on the same pages.

I am told by IntelliTXT that doing both now is OK, I have gone through Googles TOS (Dated Oct 20, 2004) and can not find any language prohibiting other competing contextual ad programs.

I have emailed google but have not heard back yet.

I figure if other boards are doing (and have been doing it for awhile) then it must be OK, and if they can make more money from their sites why can't I?

I just don't want to lose Google, they are a large part of my monthly income.
