You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any web site content or written material, whether electronic or paper-based, that makes reference to us unless We first approve such material in writing, which We agree shall not be unreasonably withheld. Such content includes but is not limited to emails containing links, search engine banner ads with links, etc.
You will not purchase or otherwise contract with a third party to exploit any of Our Trademarks for the purpose of causing Your Site to appear as a search result or as a website which is operated by us or similarly related to us; and (iv) You will not use Our Trademarks in Your Site meta-tags.
How in heck are you supposed to sell anything with those requirements?
