Question: Can I use amazon's pictures in my logo. I know I can use there pictures in my affilate site. I am wanting to take a few of these widget pictures to place in my logo. Is this aloud?

Could you be a bit more specific about "pictures"? What kind of pics, and from what.

Since amazon is copyrighted, I suggest you seek permission from them beforehand.

I wasn't sure if it mattered, because this is going to be a affilate site FOR THEM. People use there pictures all the time trying to sell products. Ill check it ou though, thanks

When you generate the link for amazon don't they give you the ability to use pictures from there servers or to put the pictures on your server, or has this changed?

If you want to be sure that images will always display on your site, copy them to your server.
Amazon, same as any merchant, will remove images whenever they remove a product offer and your link will be broken.

Yes, you can use Amazon's images, but the original poster is asking about combining them to create a sort of logo. I would make the logo clickable, leading to Amazon, meaning it would in effect be a banner ad....
