I was wondering if eastbay offered an affiliate program and if so how do you join it?

If they do you should be able to find a link on their site. If they don't have one, chances are they don't have an affiliate program. (Check the links at the bottom of their page, that's usually where all their site links are.)

I contacted them and they said they didn't currently have one, but they are developing one.
