Hey Guys,

Recently all my Links at CJ became invalid. After emailing them and finally getting a response it read:

You were reported for fraud. Please call us at 800-761-1072 if you have any further questions.

As far as am aware I haven't done anything that could constitute fraud. I'm thinking maybe my account was being fraudulently used by others.

I have set up some new links from that same account and they are working fine - which makes me think perhaps it was that my account had been fraudulently used by others.

Any one else had this happen?
What is your take on CJ's response?
Is using the "Encrypt Link" enough to prevent parasites etc?

THanks

Ed

Did you call the number? That would seem to be your best course. I would be interested to know what you find out.

good luck on your quest.
i was once kicked out of an affiliate prog for 'fraud' and i have no clue who/why/what. after constant emailing etc. etc., i was told that too high a percentage of my conversions were using fraudulent credit cards ... as if i have any control over that but i guess they have to 'cut their losses'!

Someone i used to know got busted for fraudulent clicks. I think all they did was suddenly point a stack of traffic in that merchants direction. The increase must have triggered something and the network refused to pay something like $800 for a few days traffic. I believe this network is well known for this type of behaviour but as top5jamaica said i spose they've got to cut their losses.
