I put a bunch of befast (befree) affiliate links on a page. Can I remove from the page all those little images that are used to track impressions? Will I still get commissions?

Yes you will still get commissions. I host all of my own images in case there is a problem with one of BFast's image servers. Use the BFast image if you want to know CTR (click-through-rate).

If you mean the 1x1 pixel. Yes you can remove it, in the end it is the actual link that tracks. Those pixels are just for banner impression monitoring etc.
