Affiliate Links

How does it effect page rankings.

I have a client that has a business site that wants to add affiliate links on her pages.

I am worried that such links may have a negative affect on the SEP'ing.

Does having links to affiliates have any +'s or -'s in SEP'ing?

Minnapple,

If the affiliate links are closely related to the page on which they are placed you should have no problems. In fact they can help as long as they are related to your topic. I would not place more than 3 max on each page however.

No problems. I have good ranking re pages with (usually 3, sometimes 5) affiliate links.
