Commission Junction and Read Only Mode

Cannot select any new program

Hi,

Sorry for this beginner question but I'm new to Commission Junktion and I would like to know if anybody else have this problem.

Problem:
Cannot select any new program.
'Read Only Mode'- message is displayed on the web page.

Please help.

on the main page.. it says that they're in an update and the manager is only read-only right now.. should be available at 12pm pst on saturday
