Froogle does not accept affiliate feeds. Only the merchants. I have heard of a few clever affiliates who have gotten past this, but I have not heard how they have done it.

Set up your own tracking as an affiliate. Push your sales to the advertiser without redirecting the user. Or use iframes...whatever creates the most transparent experience for the end user. Oh yea - and cross your fingers that froggle doesn't catch on.
