Today I finally signed up for cj...I read something where in 90 days they have an option of cancelling your account if you are not producing much... What if 90 days is to short of a time for your website to produce many leads or sales... I kind of wanted to join cj and go at a slow process in order to enrich my site and have a better increase of sales later on... Should I feel pressure from this 90 day thing?

No pressure, you can simply re-apply. If your site is bigger and better, they should have no reason to turn you away.

I'm not sure they enforce that rule. I've had a stagnant account there for over a year for a partnership that never went anywhere.

I had a stagnant account get cancelled when they implemented that policy. Re-applied, got accepted, no biggie. If they clean up, they are likely looking for the people who have quit for good, nothing personal.
