I was thinking that as I create more and more websites.... wouldn't that mean that I have to have a separate account for all of them at Amazon, BeFree, CJ and other CPC providers?
How do you guys with multiple websites handle this?

I only have one CJ account for all my websites. You don't need multiple accounts. You may want to use tracking URLs though to keep track of the different sites.
