I'm thinking of setting up a ppc program for some directory listings. I don't need to do anything fancy - not even tying listings into search.

Instead of reinventing the wheel I was wondering if anyone could recommend a software package with the following characteristics:

1) let advertisors edit their own listings
2) allow advertisors to set a max bid
3) stop displaying listings with account balance of zero
4) automatically send an email when account balance gets low
5) provide advertisors with click reports
6) display listings on a webpage in order of bid
7) provide fraud and double click prevention

Integrating billing might be nice, but since I am not planning on having too many advertisors, it is not essential.

I believe Findwhat private-labels their PPC infrastructure, as does PPCForHosts.com (owned by Jupiter, NASDAQ: JUPM)

There certainly seem to be plenty of offerings listed at hotscripts and elsewhere.

I was just trying to be lazy and avoid doing my own vendor assessment.
