Looking for a Good Affiliate Program

I am new on this
I am looking for a good affiliate program script. My requirments r
-- it shd be 3 tier
-- shd be Paypal and other CC site friendly
-- shd be easy to install and use

I dont mind a paying for some other site for even using this application. Preferably I would want to host it on my server though.
Can someone please suggest me such an affiliate program or script or website.

theres a good one i've been using with good results, it works with the clickbank affiliate program.
