Are there any affiliate programs that provide full website content that I could just load to my domain?

I've come across a few, but those I remember seeing were usually reserved for affiliates that have a performance history coming into the program - again, of the ones I've come across. They won't do you any good in the free results of the search engines (they are almost always dup content with a "fresh face"), although they can be useful when doing PPC marketing.

I believe there is no URL dropping allowed in this forum, so people wouldn't be able to name specific merchants even if familiar with them.

That's respectable that names can not be mentioned. But if there is a general name for this type of affiliate, I could then search.

I think some merchants in financial industry offer pre-made sites.

True, it is a turnkey solution, but what chrisnrae said, the content will be the same on your and number of other sites.

There are tons of aff programs that provide complete website templates. There are also many that provide datafeeds. These tools can be quite valuable if you use them properly.

Well, datafeeds, that's different. That is duplicate content that with a little ingenuity becomes unique content ;).

Google datafeed affiliate programs and you will find some plus there is a datafeed forum that lists a lot of programs that offer free feeds.

When in doubt, the answers usually lie in visiting your favorite search engine and entering the query that you are looking for :)
