What are some programs, on the server level or hosted that I can set up to really start paying some of these folks with good sites and also charge advertisers?
Would this just be a matter of getting a banner server and if so, which one. I am not a rich man but do see some opportunity.
It is very niche specific but my audience is about 80 million in north america. I cannot believe no one else done it yet.
