In working with several different affiliate program "warehouses", I have found support from befree/reporting.net almost non-existent.

I have emailed them in the past, and got 2-3 replies to the same question, a week or more later. My question wasn't answered directly/completely by any of the replies.

Recently, I have emailed them over 2 weeks ago with a simple question (how to remove a merchant), with no reply.

Over a week ago, I had a merchant whose reporting page was almost blank, with no links to any reports. I emailed befree simply asking if the merchant was still active and could they check into it. No reply.

I also emailed the merchant, using the address on reporting.net, with no reply.

Is it just me? Does anyone have any luck with support from these guys?

They did reply to an email, but really (purposely, I believe) answered vaguely. I had asked permission to alter the affiliate code, but their answer really didn't say yes or no. I immediately emailed again, saying that I was interpreting their answer as a "yes" and asked them to confirm.... no reply. I decided against making the modification, even though it had tested at a much higher CTR.

I never askec reporting.net any questions, but one of the merchants (Big Yellow) gave me such horrendous answers to my question (Why aren't our click-throughs being recorded) that I switched to a competing site (Infoseek yellow pages).

So, no I didn't have much better luck than you have. Had to take matters into my own hands.
