I have an affiliate site that I generated through a database that is provided from the sales site.

I would like to find some more sites that will provide a database for the sole purpose of generating a new and interesting affiliate site.

Any one know of sites or have advise on how I can seek them out?

I assume you mean datafeeds. I believe some networks offer datafeeds as html, csv or xml. I think you just need to contact your aff network and ask if the merchant you wish to promote has one. Be aware come networks will charge you for datafeeds.

A data feed would work as well. Am just looking for affiliate programs that provide the affiliate with data, or product information.

I have had a tough time finding programs in general. Its been time consuming searching. Was wondering if anyone had a program tips or searching tips.

Thanks.

To be honest. If a merchant has a load of data to give away they have probaly given it to a load of other affiliates. By this I mean the same data is out there over and over again. This does not make for very original content. I have found if you use datafeeds or data from merchants it is best to re-write the content to make it unique and re-structure the layout ie title, description, image placement etc.
I think if you write your own datafeeds with your own content based around the product you are promoting you will be more successful.
I have experimented with writing my own feeds using excel and generate your pages using something like webmerge.

Ska, Try doing that with some 50K datafeeds which need to be updated on a regular basis. And then try doing that over 20 sites.

Ska_Demon must have thought you were trying to build a worthwhile site rather than just vomiting millions of redundant pages into Google's database.

It's almost impossible. You have to invest a big amount of time and/or money to get this done, but I think it's the only way to survive a very good duplicate content filter which will come one day.

Without giving away too much, I'd recommend that you consider using datafeeds in applications and not just page-generators.

Think systems and not pages.
