does anyone know any better popup affiliate rpograms then exitfuel.com (which pays 5$ for massive popups, 3$for aroudn 5 popups, or 1$ for 1 popup)?

and does anyone know any good ppc affiliate programs?

Fastclick is the best in my opinion if you want to serve pops responsibly.
