Fastclick.com - Not accepting new sites?

I just applied for one of my sites to be entered into the Fastclick.com network. To my surprise, they turned me down. This is a first for me, and since this site in particular already is part of other networks I do not know why they turned me down. I e-mailed them, so far no response. Anybody know if Fastclick is now just turning down sites, or did I just luck out?

It depends on the site topic.

eCommerce. All my sites are e-commerce. Never thought that they would deny my site. It was accepted by all the majors but then. They do not even tell you why.

My site was accepted, but the available material was so awful I couldn't bear to offend my users with it. At the moment, Adsense seems to be the only one with much credibility...

Rodger that jonnyr9, I cringe when selecting from the "twitch" banners offered by Fastclick and Burst. I just assume (and hope) that my visitors will quickly scroll the page just enough to get these obnoxious banners out of view (I only select the CPM banners).

I've been testing Fastclick on some of my pages and earned a few dollars in the last couple of months. I've barred over two thirds of the ads because the quality is so poor - both in terms of the products and the ads themselves.

Virtually all the click-throughs have been from default ads (mostly CJ) which I could have run directly anyway.

I'll give it a few more weeks but is it really worthwhile? Probably not.

Yea, I have been hearing that a lot. Believe it or not, Burst is better paying and of a higher quality of advertisers than both Fastclick & Tribal Fusion. In fact, Burst is paying almost double of what Tribal Fusion was paying, so I switched to them as an alt. for Google.

Except that Burst pays net-90 -- the slowest in the industry.

Fastclick's banners are awful, but their skys are tolerable. And if you run popunders, they have one of the top - if not the top payouts in the industry. Plus they pay every month.
