Clixgalore and Clickxchange problem

Hello everyone, I am a webmaster of an anti-drug site, I don't know if I should post the URL because I don't want to be accused of advertising :)

I have used the programs clickxchange and clixgalore. Together, both owe me 300 dollars. Clickxchange is about 3 weeks late on my payment, and clixgalore is about 1 week late.

I have sent numberous emails to the administrators and have recieved no responses. On both, they both say my commission is pending.

Are these two sites just plain out unreliable? I'm done with them now, and am using Adsense, but of course, I would like to recieve my 300 some dollars.

Is there any type of action I need to take to recieve payment?

I take it you know that with Clickxchange you have to request payment by the 15th of the month to receive payment at the end of that month. If you request money on the 16th of the month you won't receive your money till the end of the next month.
They say this clearly on their site.
I have had no trouble being paid by Clickxchange for earnings as a publisher and as a two tier affiliate.

Yes, I was aware of that. I requested my payment on the 4th of the month of November. So it is pretty late now.

Back to the question, is there any type of action I can take to ensure payment?
