Has anyone compilied a list of all (or many) of the affiliate programs? I am looking for the highest dollar value programs for click throughs and purchases.

Adult, Casino/Gambling and Pharmaceutical sites are generally big payers per sale.

I'd recommend asking, not only who are the biggest payers, but who are the biggest payers in your industry? You won't sell much if your visitors don't want it in the first place.

Is a forum that promotes certain Merchants and bashes others. The forum owner has given then "approved merchant" status.

If you try to expose one of these "approved merchants" because of publically known problems they are having, you're posts will be deleted and you will be personally attacked.

The Merchant's themselves, those that participate, are moderators and are free to delete posts they do not agree with, even if they are outside that merchants forum.

Censorship, sanctioned by the owner.

Watch out for legal problems with Pharmaceutical sites. The DEA has publicly stated that the Online consultation process is illegal.

Lots of companies have dropped controlled meds, and some companies have moved their base of operations offshore to try and protect them from legal problems.

Affiliates are advised to save up a legal fund in case your site is prosecuted by the DEA. Don't expect any protection from the Online Pharmacies, they don't seem interested in indemnifying affiliates so if the **** hits the fan you are on your own.
