I am having the opposite problem right now. Various merchants have gone out of business or otherwise dropped their affiliate program, and I cannot generate statistics any more. After their program is gone, these merchants do not show up at all on reporting.net, so I can't access the reports. With cj/linkshare it is easy to generate reports for discontinued affiliates, but does anyone know how to generate a report on Reporting.net for a merchant that no longer has an active affiliate program?
I don't think these merchants will end up paying, but I still want to know how much they owe me for curiosity and accounting purposes.
I also have a few merchants I want to delete from a couple of my reporting.net accounts, but haven't seen a way either.
Since reporting.net offer a way to consolidate your accounts, they should provide a way for removing accounts. I emailed them on Feb.13 asking this, and have yet to receive a reply. (at least they're consistent)
As far as generating reports on dead merchant accounts, I have no idea. I haven't run into that situation myself, I have only used a handful of befree programs thus far. You may want to try emailing them at help@befree.com .

Hi Ken,
Thank you for your message. You will need to notify the non-performing
merchants about your interest to be inactivated. They can then remove you
from their affiliate system.
Thank you!

Subject: affiliate question...
Hello,
I have a couple of merchants that are no longer performing. These
merchants are consolidated on one of my accounts with another merchant
that is performing. I would like to delete one or more of the
non-performing merchant programs from my account/reporting.net login.
How can I do this?
Thanks,
