Are they safe? Should I worry about geting an order to see a judge? Here's what I've hurd so far...

Wouldn't touch it with a 10foot pole.

Have you ever wondered why all the RX affiliate programs give you your own website? Send everything in your name?

So you take the very, very high legal risks.

XXXXXX was previously known as XXXXXX and I think may still operate under that company name.

Please be warned that their change in name was due to crippling DOS server attacks after being painted as "spammers".

I'm sure you'll be able to find a lot more about the company by looking up XXXXXX on the Internet and visiting their official forums at ABestWeb.

Although to answer your question of trying them - I myself have not, although I have been in contact with their recruitment staff several times and know of some webmasters who are happy with their experiences with MyRxBiz, despite the odd glitch.

I have read about RX affiliates getting orders to show up in court. Enough to scare me into not working with prescription drug sites.

Then I went to a Pharmacy message board, and of course every one there was in favor of them. I think I need a second opinion.

Never heard anything about anyone getting an order to appear in court, but I certainly wouldn't recommend any US resident promoting sites that sell controlled substances.

Let's just say that we felt it was risky enough to lose a ton of money and by selling our sites.

I second the fish! if you want to open up a site that "doesn't" sell "controled substands" then I think your fine.

2 other factors:

1. Promote an OP that does not sell controlled substances. There are a few.

2. Don't promote programs that make you host the order form. Much more chance of getting in trouble if the customer believes they are actually ordering from you.

Not sure what the future holds for "non-controlled", but at least it is out of the dea's target list.

Another idea is to promote something that is unrelated to pills. There are a few areas that pay quite a bit that aren't as competetive as OP.
