Who do you sent an affiliate marketing letter to?

Hi, In establishing link partners I normally send the email to the webmaster. However in affiliate marketing this might not be the right person.

Any suggestions?

While emailing to the webmaster builds up higher links, for affiliate marekting either the marketing department can be mailed else the webmasters look for the content and they know what to add and what not to their exisiting website. So for affiliate marketing as well, the webmasters should be contacted. What do you think and any other comments?

I think contacting webmaster of medium scale websites is okay. It works for the client I did some affiliate promotion.
