What are anime and/or rom sites? I see them excluded in some affiliate programs.

Anime is a Japanese style of animation, sometimes used in fantasy and sc-fi gaming. AFAIK, a rom site is a place that offers rom files to modify those games or create new versions and episodes. It's a Nintendo/Playstation thing.

rom site is a site that offers a downloadable (software) version of a cartridge (Rom: read only memory or now references Cdrom for game boxes that use cd's) game. Highly illegal. Think nintendo pirates.
Anime sites are often full of pirated copyrighted pictures. Sometimes adult content.

Anime sites are websites dedicated to Japanese animation which is targeted to an older audience of 14+. Anime usually contains more intricate plots and complicated characters than American movies.
