How can a Chinese website get sponsors?

The traffic are mostly from China, and we have serched on the net for quite long time, but the result is disappointing, it is very hard to run a big Chinese site, cause there is no sponsor. :(

I would have thought Chinese businesses would be warming to investment in the net, but then looking at the stats maybe it's still early days.

Although China has the largest web population, second only to the USA, only 10% of potential users are online. (~=5.2 %

Also, I don't believe the credit cards they got allow them to shop online.
