Anyone heard of MaxOnline advertising?

I have been approached by this agency which offers me pop-unders, skyscrappers and banners. I wonder if anyone has any experiences with these guys.

No, they are not the same...

At one point doubleclick was an ad broker. They decided to sell this part of their company and the newly created company, MaxOnline.

Now, the companies seem to be at each other's throats with law suits.

I also asked the same questions at another forum. However, things tell me what I should stay far far away form this company.

As far as payment goes I am sure they are a reputable company. I really don't think you have to worry about them scamming you out of money...But i do vaguely remember people complaining about how they serve their ads...Multi pops, etc...But i'd give them a call and see what a rep tells you too.
